Lessons

Lessons are taught in small groups depending on age and proficiency level. Lessons include painting, sculpting, drawing, mosaics and other media.  Beginner and advanced classes are available. These are classes in fine arts and not arts and crafts.  Students are encouraged to participate in educational projects at various art shows and museums.

Available Classes

Preschool Art - Group lessons for 3 and 4 year olds.  Lessons start by introducing the elements of art. Class time is 45 minutes.  These classes are separated by age.

5-7 Year Old Art - Group lessons for 5 through 7 year olds. Lessons continue building on the elements of art and include art history/appreciation.  Class time is 1 hour.

8-12 Year Old Art - Group lessons for 8 through 12 year olds.  Lessons address the elements of art and art appreciation using more advanced age appropriate media. Class time is 1 hour.

Private Art - Lessons for individuals who wish to refine their talent in a specific media.  Class time is 1 hour.
