These are
general policies in affect at the time of publishing. Please refer to your
registration form for exact policies.

Make-up lessons are offered when the
teacher has missed. In some cases, a credit will be offered instead.

Tuition is due the 1st
lesson of the month. Payments remain the same each month since you are purchasing a
term of piano by paying monthly installments. If you choose to pay for a
semester/year at a time, please let me know and you will be billed
accordingly.

We observe
major holidays per the Longview
School Schedule.

Intentional careless use of equipment
or the Studio property may result in a reimbursement fee being assessed (headphones, CD player,
instruments, etc.) Please remind your child to respect all equipment which the studio
makes available to them. Parents are responsible for children in waiting
areas at all times.

Art supply fees may be added per
semester, as needed (at schools where art is offered).

Lessons are offered year-round, and
summer students are offered first choice of fall scheduling times.

Music purchases will be billed in
advance of the day your child needs the new music. Please send payment the
next week so your child will receive his music and not miss any valuable
instruction time.

Parent Piano Parties are held in
December and May. More information will be announced closer to the actual
dates.

Please do not drop your child off
until 5 minutes (at most) before his lesson time. Otherwise, the students
become distracted. (If a special need arises occasionally, let me know;
then send him/her with something quiet to do until lesson time begins.)

Please see to it that your child
brings his/her music to lessons, or send it in their backpacks to school on
lesson day.

Children receiving lessons at Mobberly
Academy of Performing Arts will be assessed a $10. registration fee/semester
by the Church, along with a form which must be signed and returned to the
Music office secretary. This fee is not associated with Studio-to-You.

time as necessary.
